Excursions

Alumnos Ibero

The Student Mobility Office organizes different excursions for the foreign students enrolled in our various programs. Excursions are held mostly on Saturdays and most of them are full-day tours in first-class buses and with excellent guides. Some of the places we usually visit are: Mexico City downtown zone, Pyramids of Teotihuacan, Taxco, Tepoztlán and the Caves of Cacahuamilpa.

The dates for these excursions are always announced during the general orientation at the beginning of each program, and students should register for these excursions at least five week-days in advance.

Admittance fees to museums and archeological sites, as well as meals and beverages are not included. It is strictly forbidden to introduce drugs or alcoholic beverages into the buses. The IBERO is not responsible for any student who does not stay with the excursion group.

A minimum of participants is required for each tour. Punctuality to and from visited places is highly appreciated. Departure meeting place will be the IBERO main entrance.

Students are always welcome to consult the information for traveling in Mexico, as well as places of interest, museums, fairs and festivities, entertainment, ecological tourism, etc. This information is located in the Housing Office.

For further information please contact the Student Mobility Office or visit the events section on the IBERO exchange students homepage.
